Assist fixed-income drafting, working papers and pitch books; two months+, four days a week.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review documents for bond filing and issuance.
- Help assemble working papers, analyse data, and prepare pitch books, due-diligence reports and offering circulars.
- Complete other work assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Prefer final-year undergraduates already admitted to a master’s programme, or first-year (three-year) master’s students at a leading university; accounting, finance or law skills; CFA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Diligent, resilient and accountable; able to work at IB intensity.
- Clear logic, strong communication and teamwork.
- Available for at least two months, four or more days a week.
