The Group and its strategic partners provide integrated financial services to quality corporates and high-net-worth clients: bond underwriting and restructuring advisory (local SOE restructuring and transformation, and debt restructuring) for Chinese corporates, especially state-owned enterprises; asset-management products; and family office, offshore trust and insurance services for HNW clients — covering the full set of client needs.

Core team

The core team brings together graduates of Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the University of Hong Kong, Columbia University and other leading institutions, together with investment-banking and asset-management leaders with decades at large onshore and offshore securities houses; specialists in LGFV and real-estate restructuring; senior credit-rating professionals; insurance advisers; the overseas family-office core of a North American listed company; and experienced accountants, valuers and tax advisers. The team is built to provide steady, differentiated, one-stop financial services to Chinese corporates — especially local LGFV platforms — and high-net-worth clients.

Leadership

Founding management

The founding management includes professionals from leading international investment banks and Chinese financial institutions, each with more than 20 years of onshore or international capital-markets experience. The leadership team has capabilities in programme design, project organisation, research and execution, covering onshore and offshore bond issuance and local SOE restructuring advisory, and works with banks and securities houses to take transactions through to close. The leadership team has ranked among the leading names in bond league tables for a number of years and has received more than 30 industry awards.

Beyond capital markets, members have worked in fund management, structured products and venture investing, with a practical grasp of how products combine, how onshore and offshore rules interact, and how large Chinese and international banks run their systems. Licensed platforms

Sigma Capital was established in Hong Kong in 2008 and holds SFC Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9 licences. Sigma has completed more than 150 offshore bond issues, totalling about RMB 110 billion equivalent. Its dedicated fixed-income funds received Golden Tenor awards in 2024 and 2025.

In Q2 2024 the Group completed the acquisition of BC Wealth, a Hong Kong insurance brokerage, and expanded IUL product coverage in the US and Singapore. Perpetual Trust Limited has been approved by the Hong Kong Companies Registry, completing the Group’s family-office licence set across asset management, insurance brokerage, trust and corporate services.
