Support bond execution, due diligence and filings; track regulation and advance submissions.
Responsibilities
- Design financing solutions, and support due diligence and documentation.
- Execute bond transactions across product types and advance filings.
- Track regulatory developments and coordinate with relevant institutions.
- Complete other work assigned by the firm and the team.
Requirements
- Full-time master’s degree or above in finance, accounting, financial management or law; CPA or accounting-firm experience preferred.
- IB internship in bonds or equity is an advantage.
- Strong learning ability, writing and accounting fundamentals, and solution-design skills.
- High professional ethics, accountability, execution and integrity.
