Execute bond projects; coordinate issuers, intermediaries and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Execute bond transactions, design solutions to client needs, and support origination on client coverage.
- Coordinate with originators (issuers) and intermediaries, and maintain dialogue with relevant regulators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; finance, financial management, accounting or economic law preferred.
- At least two years in securities underwriting, commercial-bank IB / institutional financing, or a Big Four firm.
- Strong learning and communication skills.
- CPA or CFA is an advantage.
