Originate client bonds; develop issuance, secondary flow and institutional channels.

Responsibilities

Originate client bonds, covering primary issuance and secondary flow, and build client and channel relationships.
Develop and maintain interbank partnerships, and drive origination through execution and follow-up.
Design financing solutions, run commercial negotiations and due diligence, and close bond transactions.
Track project progress and quality, and maintain close issuer communication.
Monitor market and policy developments and recommend relevant bond initiatives.
Complete other assigned work and take responsibility for team performance.

Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time).
At least three years in investment banking, or five years in a related role.
Bond origination experience and familiarity with product workflow; client non-standard origination is also relevant.
Strong communication, writing and coordination skills; able to work under pressure.
Team-oriented, accountable and professional.
